A professional installation technician will bring your HughesNet equipment to your home on the day that your
installation is scheduled for. If you decide, before installation date, that you would like to cancel you order,
you can call us to cancel. If you decide to cancel after the installation has arrived at your home, please inform
him or her that you would like to cancel your order. At that point, the technician will fill out all necessary paperwork
for the cancellation.
Please note that after your HughesNet satellite Internet system has been installed and activated, you are
obligated to the agreed-upon service agreement. From that point on, if you decide that you would like to break
the agreement, you must do so by contacting the customer service department at HugheNet. Please also note that at that
point you will be subject to a penalty and, if you have chosen the lease plan, you will be asked to return all equipment
back to HughesNet.
